He may be 63, his hair may have turned to silver, but “The Fonz” still has the energy to pull off a day-night doubleheader. Last Saturday afternoon, he enchanted a Vero Beach audience attending “A Conversation with Henry Winkler” at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship Church. Then the same evening, he did himself one better at the Vero Beach Museum of Art.

Henry Winkler usually works from a script. HeĘĽll make an exception when he takes part in an informal and unrehearsed conversation at 1 p.m. Saturday at The Emerson Center in Vero Beach.
Leading the conversation to benefit the Mental Health Association in Indian River County will be Vero Beach artist and author Leslie McGuirk, a longtime friend. “This is not going to be a boring, fluffy experience,” she said. “It will be an uplifting and inspiring chat about life, creativity and how best to flow through life.”

The Mental Health Association will present a conversation with actor, director and producer Henry Winkler at 1 p.m. at the Emerson Center on April 4 as part of its gala fundraiser.
All proceeds from the program benefit the Mental Health Association in Indian River County. The MHA provides professional counseling at the Mental Health Walk-In Center in Vero Beach and offers programs to address issues of substance abuse, anger management, domestic violence, eating disorders, parenting and anxiety and depression.
